My fellow citizens,
As we gather to celebrate the 73rd Republic Day of our great nation, India, let us take a moment to reflect on the progress we have made and the challenges that lie ahead.

On this day, in 1950, our Constitution came into effect, laying the foundation for a democratic and secular India. We have since then, grown as a nation and have made significant strides in various fields such as science and technology, education, and economy.

However, the road ahead is not without its challenges. We must work towards achieving true equality for all citizens, regardless of their religion, caste, gender or economic status. We must also strive to protect the rights of the marginalized and the vulnerable.
As we raise the national flag and celebrate this day with great pride and joy, let us also pledge to work towards building a stronger, more inclusive and more prosperous India.

माझ्या नागरिकांनो,
आपल्या महान राष्ट्राचा, भारताचा ७२वा प्रजासत्ताक दिन साजरा करण्यासाठी एकत्र येत असताना, आपण केलेली प्रगती आणि समोरील आव्हानांचा विचार करण्यासाठी थोडा वेळ काढूया.
या दिवशी, 1950 मध्ये, लोकशाही आणि धर्मनिरपेक्ष भारताची पायाभरणी करून आपली राज्यघटना लागू झाली. तेव्हापासून आपण एक राष्ट्र म्हणून वाढलो आहोत आणि विविध घटकांमध्ये लक्षणीय प्रगती केली आहे.
तथापि, पुढील मार्ग त्याच्या आव्हानांशिवाय नाही. धर्म, जात, लिंग किंवा आर्थिक स्थिती काहीही असो, सर्व नागरिकांसाठी खरी समानता मिळवण्यासाठी आपण काम केले पाहिजे. आपणही प्रयत्नशील राहिले पाहिजे. उपेक्षित आणि असुरक्षित लोकांच्या हक्कांचे संरक्षण करण्यासाठीही आपण प्रयत्न केले पाहिजेत.
आपण राष्ट्रध्वज उंचावत असताना आणि मोठ्या अभिमानाने आणि आनंदाने हा दिवस साजरा करत असताना, आपण एक मजबूत, अधिक समावेशक आणि अधिक समृद्ध भारत घडवण्याच्या दिशेने काम करण्याची शपथ घेऊ या.
